Many insurance companies may offer substantial out-of-network benefits. We will verify your insurance benefits for you prior to your initial session. If you are uninsured, have out-of-network benefits or prefer self-pay you will be provided with a Good Faith Estimate.*
If you are unable to cover the cost of sessions, reduced-fee services are available on a limited basis. Eligibility is based on financial need. Please contact us for more information.

Please remember to cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance. There is a $95.00 Cancellation Fee for any appointment not cancelled 24 hours in advance or if you fail to show for an appointment.
