In-person and telehealth sessions
Everyone deserves someone by whom they feel seen, heard and understood. When working with others, the relationship with my clients is most important. I foster a warm, compassionate space that encourages growth, self-awareness, insight and change. During our time together, you will gain tools to integrate into your daily life to alleviate any anxiety or stressors and better understand yourself and your relationship with others while building a connection to your emotional self and needs. We all have the answers within us; sometimes, we need someone to help us figure out how to find that voice again.
It can be uncomfortable and anxiety-producing when coming to therapy for the first time. Whatever you are facing today, please know that things can improve; you are not alone, and it would be a great pleasure to be a part of your path to healing.
